| After the Mitsubishi Dealer Left |
12 Sep |
When I moved to this town just four years ago, it was a thriving community. It was always busy, and business owners were very happy.
But just recently, things have changed since some of the factories have closed. We have gone from a town that was always busy, to a place where businesses struggle to stay open. People are also moving out to find greener pastures and I fear that the town might disappear altogether.
A good example of these changes is the fact that the Mitsubishi dealer has shut down when just two years ago, over half of the cars on the road were from there. That was a big blow as they employed a large number of people and they helped to inject cash in our community. Thankfully, there is still a place in town where you can get Mitsubishi parts, though they are talking about closing that place down as well.
I just hope that somewhere down the line that some businesses come to this town to fill the void and restore it to the once bustling community that it used to be. I look around to the few neighbors that I have left, and we are all praying that something changes for the better. Haven’t we suffered enough?

When you get rental cars in Cancun, you have to fill out an inspection form. This has basic information about the car and includes things like rental time, mileage, and, the amount of gas in the tank. It also will have a checklist for things like functional seatbelts, windshield wipers, and mirrors. Pay particular attention to the part of the checklist where you are to make note of existing damage to the car. Many rental cars have stains, dents, tears, and scratches. Make sure that you are very thorough in marking down existing vehicle damage. Slow down and really take a look at the vehicle before you take it. If you see anything wrong, mark it on the rental company’s inspection sheet. Do not hesitate to point out flaws or damage. Also, make sure that you make a note of how full the gas tank is. You are expected to return the car with the same amount of gas as it had when you took it.
In order to get the most out of a Cancun rental car, be sure to carefully expect the vehicle before you drive it away. Be sure that the seatbelts, wipers, and mirrors work. Finally, pay attention to how much gas is in the vehicle so that you can return it with the same amount of gas.
| Want to Rent Exotic Car |
22 Dec |
Next month is my 5 year anniversary with my wife. Obviously, this is a very important occasion, and I want to make the night something special that we’ll both remember for the rest of our lives. That’s why I want to see if there is an exotic Orlando rental cars place nearby. I think it’d be so neat to drive up to our favorite restaurant in an exotic Orlando car rental.
So, which car do I want? Honestly, I don’t have extensive knowledge about exotic cars, but I really love Aston Martins. Hey, who doesn’t want to drive the car that James Bond drives? Now I just have to find a place with Aston Martin rental cars in Orlando.
Of course, a Ferrari would also be an amazing car to roll in for a night. I know my wife would absolutely flip out if I came home with a Ferrari for our anniversary night. And you could bet we would get every dollar out of that exotic car rental. Maybe we could take it down to the beach after dinner or something. I’m sure it would definitely turn some heads.
What’s your favorite exotic car? Give me some suggestions for an exotic car to rent for the night.
| Getting Confused With Choices |
21 Oct |
Now I am in a state of confusion whether to buy an American or a Japanese car. Both have their good points and not so good points.
I know we are in the midst of a financial crisis but this is not stopping me from buying a new car. I have worked so hard over the last few years and I need to reward myself, but I still want to be a careful consumer.
I have been seriously considering about buying a Ford sedan. I like Ford because buying OEM Ford parts is very easy in the United States where Ford centers are everywhere. But I figured Ford is relatively expensive, or maybe I could be wrong. Perhaps I will research some more. I’ve heard some people say they’re affordable and others say they’re expensive, but now that I think about it, that’s pretty subjective: one man’s expense is another man’s pocket change.
Japanese cars are also fast becoming popular in America. I really like the Mitsubishi lancer. Its size is just enough for my family of three and it can be used for both formal and rugged functions. Mitsubishi parts are light but durable and they are easy to find. I really like that a lot.
I just recently saw ad on the magazine for on the 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara. I liked how this compact SUV looks especially the blue colored one. I have even fancied myself going on a countryside picnic on this SUV with my family. I will still have to make a research though even Suzuki parts are readily available in the United States.
| Orlando and Fort Lauderdale Rental Cars Your Choices are Endless Part 1 |

When you go Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, a rental car is a necessity. You have so many great things to see in these Florida cities, it would be a big mistake to miss out on the freedom and flexibility an Orlando or Fort Lauderdale car rental offers. Below are some of your vehicle choices.
An economy car is typically a small car designed for low-cost driving. These cars are primarily used for transportation first, appearance second. However, that doesn’t mean the look of the economy car is ugly. No way! Take the Chevy Cobalt for example, Sporty and fun, this little, two-door economy car can go the distance. An economy car is perfect for the single traveler or couple who are on a budget.
A compact car is bigger than an economy car, but smaller than a midsize. This four-door vehicle is ideal for a small family or a couple who want a little more room for their luggage. Comfortable and easy to drive, an example of a Fort Lauderdale or Orlando airport car rental would be a Ford Focus.
And this is just the beginning! There are many more awesome Fort Lauderdale and Orlando rental cars to choose from. Please continue reading the second part of this blog.

As the needle on the fuel gauge seems to reach “E” a lot faster these days, there appears to be no shortage of people or companies affected by the high cost of gas. The automotive industry is one of the hardest hit, especially car dealerships.
