The Camry offers roomy and comfortable interiors, powerful V-6 engine, luxurious ride quality and advanced safety equipment. However, Toyota has dropped the CE name from the base trim level for the 2008 Camry version.
The four-door sedan is available in four trim levels, the base, LE, SE and XLE. The base is equipped with a standard 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 158-horsepower. The remaining trims offer a choice of either the four-cylinder or a fuel-efficient V-6 engine that gets paired to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission.
